Almost nobody gets stuck because an exchange is hard to operate. They get stuck when the documents go in and a short message comes back saying something doesn’t match, without saying which thing. The spelling of a name, the house number on a bill, the corner of a card outside the frame, the lamp behind you during the liveness check — all of those have to agree with each other. This site marks the places where they slip apart.
Why one subject only
Prices, futures, yield products: plenty of people write about those, and however carefully they write, it can be stale the next morning. Sign-up and verification behave differently. The rules move slowly, and the cost of getting them wrong is concrete — three more days of waiting, a fifth reshoot of the same card, or a field you can’t edit yourself following you around for years.
One well made explanation of a narrow thing beats a shallow pass over ten. So there is no market commentary here, no trade calls, nobody being told what to buy. Every sheet on the site is a square on the map between the sign-up page and a verified account.
Who writes it
The sheets are signed Jian An. That is a pen name, not a legal one. There is no list of years in the industry, no former employers and no assets-under-management figure on this page, because you would have no way to check any of it and it would be here for our benefit rather than yours.
What is true and worth saying: the person writing this has taken the whole path himself — registered, uploaded a document, done the liveness check, produced an address document, been sent back, and been asked about source of funds. The judgements about where each screen tends to break are mostly earned that way.
The method is the part you can hold us to. Anything about a platform rule, a line of interface text, a document requirement or a time limit is checked against the official page before publication and shown alongside a screenshot you can go and find yourself. Where Binance fits in
Zhinvo is not Binance’s site and has no ownership, agency or employment relationship with the company. Anybody offering account help, verification services or customer support in this site’s name is not us.
There are links to Binance on a couple of the sheets, and a referral code on the front page. If somebody registers and trades through them, Binance may pay us a referral reward. One point deserves saying plainly because it is so often implied elsewhere: the code used here carries no fee discount. Enter it and you pay what you would have paid registering on your own — no more and no less, against whatever Binance is showing on its own pages at the time.
