Reading the sheets and running the tools does not require you to submit your name or account details. Cloudflare, which delivers the pages, and two analytics scripts still process visit data; every browser request is explained below.
What happens when a page opens

| Analytics and advertising | Zhinvo uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand page visits, interactions, traffic sources, device and browser information, and approximate region. GA4 uses cookies and similar technologies, and Google processes the resulting data. Cloudflare adds a second, lighter counter: its Web Analytics script, requested from static.cloudflareinsights.com, which sends us page-view and load-time sums. Cloudflare’s product page says this counter skips cookies and localStorage altogether and isn’t used to put a name to readers via IP or browser. Install a script blocker in your browser and neither of the two loads. There are no third-party advertising scripts. |
Cookies, and the one setting stored locally
This site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site advertising tracking. GA4 uses cookies and similar technologies for visit analytics. You can clear them in browser settings, but GA4 will still log the visit unless its script is blocked. The light-and-dark toggle stores your choice (day or night) in localStorage under zhinvo-mode; that setting stays on your device.
The ID photo pre-flight check handles your image inside your own browser, through the browser’s own FileReader and canvas. It is never uploaded to us, never passed to a third party, and never stored; we cannot see the file you chose. Close the tab and it is gone. If you would rather verify that than take our word for it: load the page, disconnect from the network, then pick a file — the result still appears. The document checklist works the same way, and its copy button uses the browser’s clipboard, which puts the text on your clipboard and nowhere else.
When you email us
Anything you send to [email protected] — the message and your address — sits with the mailbox provider, and we read it in order to reply to you. Your address goes on no list, there is no newsletter, and nothing is passed on. Once the matter is finished and there is no reason to keep it, it is deleted.
Once more, because it matters: do not send us document photographs, address proofs, account details or verification codes. If any arrive we delete them after replying, and it is worth checking on your side that they did not go somewhere else by mistake.
Your rights over data, and how little there is of it here
To ask about data related to you, or request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, email [email protected] with enough detail to locate the request. Google processes GA4 data, so some requests may also depend on the controls Google provides.
Zhinvo’s server holds no visit logs; what Cloudflare processes in delivery is retained under Cloudflare’s policies. The local browser setting is yours to clear. Email correspondence is handled as described above.
Children
This site is about opening an exchange account. It is not intended for children and is not directed at them. We do not know how old our readers are, because we never ask.

We update this page and note material changes in corrections when data practices change. The current version uses GA4 and Cloudflare Web Analytics; any later comments, embedded video or external image hosting will also be described here.
