Form L-03 Privacy Edition 2026-09-05

Privacy

Zhinvo is a pile of static pages. No accounts, no logins, no comment box, no form of any kind that sends us anything. Which is why this page is short enough to verify against the source of the site itself.

We collect nothing about you. Reading the sheets and running the tools never requires you to tell us who you are. What follows is every request that leaves your browser while you are here, including the ones we do not control.

What happens when a page opens

The page itself HTML, stylesheet, script and images all come from zhinvo.com. The hosting provider and the CDN in front of it may keep technical logs for a period for security and troubleshooting — visiting IP address, timestamp, the address requested, browser identifier. We do not build profiles from those and do not connect them to anybody.
Web fonts The body typefaces load from Google’s font service, so your browser makes requests to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. With any cross-site request of this kind, the other party sees your IP address and browser details, and that is not something we can decide on Google’s behalf. What it does with them is set out in Google’s own privacy policy, published at policies.google.com/privacy. Blocking those two domains with an extension costs you nothing but the typeface; the pages fall back to system fonts with every word intact.
Analytics and advertising None. No analytics package is switched on anywhere on this site and there are no third-party advertising scripts. A commented-out analytics placeholder sits in the page source; being inside an HTML comment, it never executes — view the source and check.

Cookies, and the one setting stored locally

This site sets no cookies and performs no cross-site tracking. The only thing it leaves on your device is the light-and-dark toggle in the top bar: it stores your choice (day or night) in localStorage under the key zhinvo-mode. That value stays on your device, is never transmitted, and identifies nobody. Clear your browsing data and it is gone, and the site comes back in its default light mode.

The tools, specifically

The ID photo pre-flight check handles your image inside your own browser, through the browser’s own FileReader and canvas. It is never uploaded to us, never passed to a third party, and never stored; we cannot see the file you chose. Close the tab and it is gone. If you would rather verify that than take our word for it: load the page, disconnect from the network, then pick a file — the result still appears. The document checklist works the same way, and its copy button uses the browser’s clipboard, which puts the text on your clipboard and nowhere else.

When you email us

Anything you send to [email protected] — the message and your address — sits with the mailbox provider, and we read it in order to reply to you. Your address goes on no list, there is no newsletter, and nothing is passed on. Once the matter is finished and there is no reason to keep it, it is deleted.

Once more, because it matters: do not send us document photographs, address proofs, account details or verification codes. If any arrive we delete them after replying, and it is worth checking on your side that they did not go somewhere else by mistake.

Your rights over data, and how little there is of it here

Data protection law where you live may give you rights to see, correct, delete or object to the handling of information about you — that is broadly the shape of it under the GDPR in Europe, under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, and under South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act, among others. Applied to this site, the scope is unusually narrow: we hold practically nothing about you, and the one thing that might exist is an email you chose to send. Ask us to delete it and we will.

Technical logs are kept and cleared by the hosting provider on its own schedule. The one browser setting is yours to clear. Beyond those two, there is nothing of yours held anywhere.

Children

This site is about opening an exchange account. It is not intended for children and is not directed at them. We do not know how old our readers are, because we never ask.

When this page changes

If anything is ever added that makes an outbound request — analytics, comments, embedded video, an external image host — this page is updated first, the feature goes live second, and an entry appears on corrections. The edition date sits just above the heading and moves with it.

If something here doesn’t match what you observe, write and say so. See also the referral disclosure and the disclaimer.
