This page starts empty, and that is not a boast. It means the English edition is new, not that it is beyond error. The log is here so that when the first entry arrives you can see exactly what changed.
Current state of the log
No corrections logged for the English edition yet (as of 2026-09-05).
The Chinese edition of this site keeps its own log, and entries do not carry across automatically. A screenshot or a rule can be right in one edition and wrong in the other, because the pages we photograph are not the same pages — Binance’s English help articles carry their own publication and update dates, and they move independently. Anything corrected here will be about a sentence published here.
What earns an entry
Factual errors: a rule described wrongly, a screenshot that no longer matches the live page, steps given in the wrong order, a number without a source, a quotation that turns out not to say what we said it says. All of those are fixed in the sheet and written up here.
Typographical slips, punctuation and layout are simply fixed. Logging them would bury the entries that matter.
What an entry will contain
- The date of the change, and which sheet it affected.
- The wording as it was published — written out, not summarised.
- The wording now, and what it is based on.
- Why it went wrong, when that is useful to anyone but us.
Where a whole conclusion turns out to be wrong rather than a detail, the original stays visible in the sheet marked as superseded. Deleting it would leave anyone who read the earlier version with no way of knowing which one they had.
Reporting something
Write to [email protected] with the page address and the sentence as you see it; a link to the official page that contradicts it makes the check quicker still. What happens next is described on contact, and the standard a sentence has to meet before it goes up is on how we write.
